These terms govern your use of the Terra Arcana website and any pre-launch information published through it. By browsing or using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Website purpose
Terra Arcana presents collectible products, story-led releases, and brand updates connected to the Terra Arcana collection. At the time of this update, the website is in a pre-launch state and is not yet operating a live public checkout.
2. Pre-launch product information
Product descriptions, release notes, pricing, launch language, artwork, and packaging details are provided for informational and promotional purposes while the brand is preparing for release. Terra Arcana may update or revise those details at any time before checkout becomes active.
3. No completed sale yet
Until a live checkout is available and an order is accepted, nothing on this website creates a binding sale contract. Joining the archive, following the brand, or viewing a listed price does not reserve stock or form a purchase agreement.
4. Future store terms
When checkout goes live, Terra Arcana may use Shopify or another commerce platform. At that stage, additional terms covering orders, payment, shipping, cancellations, returns, and fulfilment will apply to completed purchases.
