This privacy page is written for the current Terra Arcana website in its pre-launch form. It should be updated when live checkout, a real email platform, analytics, or other third-party tools are added.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how information may be handled when you use the Terra Arcana website, visit linked third-party services, or interact with future collection updates.
2. What the current site collects
The current site is a mostly static pre-launch build. It does not include a live checkout and does not currently include a connected email marketing service. No analytics script is installed in the present version of the page.
If the site is hosted online, the web host or server provider may still collect routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs for security and delivery purposes.
3. Archive signup status
The archive signup form in the current build is in demo state only. In its present form, it validates the email field in the browser and shows a status message, but it is not connected to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify, or any other email platform. That means email addresses submitted through the current demo form are not intended to be stored by Terra Arcana yet.
4. Fonts and third-party requests
The current pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. If the site is viewed online, your browser may make requests to Google to retrieve those font files. That can involve standard technical data such as IP address and browser details being sent to Google.
5. Instagram and other linked platforms
If you visit Terra Arcana on Instagram or interact with any future third-party platform linked from the site, your information is handled by that platform under its own privacy rules. Terra Arcana does not control those separate privacy practices.
6. No live checkout data yet
Because checkout is not live, Terra Arcana is not currently collecting payment details, billing addresses, shipping addresses, or order history through this website. When a store platform is connected, this policy should be expanded to explain what purchase data is collected and how it is processed.
7. Future email and store integrations
Once Terra Arcana connects a real email provider or launches checkout through Shopify or another service, this page should be updated to identify the provider, explain what data is collected, why it is used, how long it is retained, and how people can unsubscribe or make privacy requests.
8. Data retention
Because the current site does not intentionally store archive signups or orders yet, there is no live customer mailing list or order database described by this page at the moment. Technical logs retained by a host or third party may follow that provider's own retention period.
9. Your choices
You can choose not to use third-party links such as Instagram, and you can wait to join the archive until a real provider is connected and described on this page. You can also block or limit third-party requests in your browser depending on your setup.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may change as Terra Arcana develops. The next major update should happen when a real archive signup service and a live store are added.
